#20 Book Review?

Good morning Pinky-pies!

Can't believe i've already reached my 20th post! I still remember when I did my special tribute for my 10th post (click here)

It's almost 1 year since my very first very awkward entry.
If you're one of my loyal readers, you might have noticed how my writing have evolved through the years!

Previously, all my entries were mostly picture based, with so many font changes and cool texts outcome!-Yup, i've noticed that lately 😋

But, I became just too lazy too edit my entries into those pretty and cool posts.
Just now, i've been reading my own entries from before- yup, my self-love is just too much!
I realized how these memories are just very touching to me.
How i would write during times before the exam days.
How i'd spent my holiday time last year.
How my thoughts before were quite different from what i think of the world today.

Sigh, that was just 2018 (+ a bit of 2017) 😪😪

Nevermind! Let's get it to my very FIRST book review! -other than the Maddie book of course 😝

To All The Boys I've Loved Before- Adlina Han

I've never had any interest in reading novels. Whether is it in English or in Malay. Romance, sci-fi, adventure. Nope. I was never interested. I was a total geek. Whenever i go to bookstores, my first part would be the magazine section. I would catch myself to buying either the Nat Geo magazine or the typical Readers Digest. They cost as much as thick novels! -except for they're much thinner 😘😝😜

But, after wacthing the Netflix movie  -adapted from this novel , I just feel like reading the novel!

My sister had all the 3 novels in her bookshelf. But she herself can't find time to finish them all.
So, last 2 days I decided to give the books a look. My friends, who have been real time fans of Jennie Han, gave some strong opinions on the movie. Some classified the movie as the best movie ever. But, to some, it's just a spoilage of Jenny Han's masterpiece- they said because Noah Centineo is just not Peter Kavinsky as Jenny had described in her books.

Yes, Noah and Peter are both that romantic and husky kind of guys. But, Peter is more towards neat, tidy type of guy. Not Noah definitely. I kinda hated him. I followed his Instagram account yesterday. And unfollowed him the day after! He'd would posts pitires of him waking up, with his messy hair. Ugh, I've always hated that.

And surprisingly for me, I finished reading the book after 5 days! How cool! -for a non-novel reader like me, it's a big achievement :p

Maybe that's all for now.

QUOTE OF THE DAY:
READING IS LIKE BREATHING IN, WRITING IS LIKE BREATHING OUT  :)

xoxo,
ADLINA

Have a great holiday peeps! 😘
