Okay, so back to the topic.....

Why does North Korea hates South Korea?
When the Japanese empire was dismantled at the end of World War Two, Korea fell victim to the Cold War. It was divided into two spheres of influence along the 38th parallel. The Americans controlled south of the line - the Russians installed a communist regime in the north, later ceding influence to China.
Read more about them here! I'm just too lazy to explain :)

I have watched this one REALLY GOOD Korean drama titled 'Doctor Stranger'
To summarize,,
This story revolves around Park Hoon (Lee Jong Suk) and his father Park Cheol, a famous cardiothoracic surgeon in South Korea who were later tricked by the prime minister of South Korea and was sent to North Korea to treat the president of North Korea, Kim-Il-Sung (at that time). In North Korea, Park Hoon was trained to become a doctor by his father in North Korea. After going to Pyongyang Medical School, he became a well-known cardiothoracic surgeon just like his father. There, he was deeply in love with Song Jae hae. After Park Hoon's father died, he tried to flee to South Korea with Jae-hee, but lost contact with her in the end. Park Hoon was able to flee to South Korea alone.
In South Korea, Park Hoon begins to work as doctor in a top hospital Myungwoo University Hospital. Meanwhile, he found a girl that looks exactly like Jae-hee, Doctor Han Seung-hee, who claims not to know Park Hoon

Yeah, so that's all I can tell. To know more, do watch it 😉😜

In this drama, I saw how cruel were the North Korean Soldiers.
They kept the boarders tightly safe.
However, there are still 27,000 North Korean defectors living a new life in South Korea.

I don't know why am I starting to become more curious on North Korea.
Ever since then, I keep on google-ing information on that country.

North Korea, officially the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, is a country in East Asia constituting the northern part of the Korean Peninsula. Pyongyang is the nation's capital and largest city. Wikipedia

Although North Korea have a larger area compared to South Korea, South Korea has a higher population compared to North Korea.
Besides that, North Korea has a higher ILLITERACY rate compared to South Korea!!!
Plus, North Korea has more Malnutrition cases being reported compared to South Korea

Here's more facts about them

Here is two videos that i found from YouTube that is just too interesting not to share for!

1) A trip to North Korea?
©Drew Binsky
.Please keep in mind that this video is about my own personal experiences in North Korea, so please take what I say with a grain of salt. I am well aware that all tours to North Korea are organized and preplanned, and what I saw was a skewed perspective (a small fraction) of the realities that may exist behind closed doors.
My goal in making this video (and all videos) has always been the same – to focus on spreading happiness & positivity in our world by connecting with people across the globe. While it’s a bit more challenging to do this in North Korea, I tried my best to show you a different side of North Korea and connect with the people – apart from all the negativity the media has brought about to this nation. Many of you know my deep love, appreciation and connection with Korea, as I lived and taught English in Seoul 18 months. I can speak Korean conversationally, so I used my ability to meet eye to eye with as many locals as I could to have conversations with them. Most people I came across were friendly and kind-hearted, even after telling them I was American. I welcome your thoughts, feedback and questions about my trip to North Korea. If you enjoy this video, please share it to help spread the message of peace and positivity within North Korea.

2) The difference between language in North Korea and South Korea

There are 27,000 North Korean defectors who escaped life threatening dangers. They came to the South with big hopes but were discouraged due to language barriers. They were discriminated against and ignored mostly because of their unfamiliar accents and vocabulary. As a result, young North Korean defectors had a hard time adjusting to new schools. We believed reunification of the two Koreas would be possible only when these young defectors receive a good education. So we created the South Korean-North Korean translator to restore their hope in the future.

I hope that this videos are able to OPEN up your eyes that North Korea is a country that is full of peace
