Before i go any forward,
I RECEIVED AN IMPORTANT NOTICE

Hehehehe.

As you all have know,
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, its 5 days before i'm going back to school and I still have TONS of work to be done.

Well, it's not because i have too many homework to be done, but I've just been procrastinating these pass 2-weeks :')

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Yup, undoubtedly that my next favourite hobby is to procrastinate.
Usually I would beforehand any unimportant works rather than doing my priority ones
The easiest example is, watching movies and dramas, surfing on social media, extra sleeps

So, for this entry
I don't have much to tell about my sleep.
But, Of course my procrastination disease needs a medicine for cure!

So, here's to my procrastination disease

WARNING!!! THIS IS A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE😈😈😈

PROCRASTINATION
WHAT IS PROCRASTINATION?
Procrastination is the avoidance or delaying of a task which you need to do. It can lead to serious consequences for a student especially when his/her academic performance is potentially affected. Procrastination involves intentional decision to put off a task for no valid reason, and instead, doing something else of lesser importance despite there being negative consequences.

WHY DO WE PROCRASTINATE?
  1. Faulty thinking
  2. Pleasure seeking
  3. Fear and anxiety
  4. Perfectionism- Unrealistic expectations to self and overly high standards of self to perform in task, thinking that unless it is perfect, it is not worth doing. HONESTLY, this does happens to me. One of my major reason, why i procrastinate most of the time :)
  5. Fear of failure/ disapproval
  6. Attention problems
  7. Lack of knowledge and skills
  8. Time- Poor time management and inadequate prioritizing of tasks or simply too much to do with so little time. SECOND MAJOR REASON FOR ME.
Well, all these 8 reasons are given by my aunt; who I met during raya, and she happen to be one of the caunsellors in Sunway University
*those reason where i gave the explanation are ones which affects me

HOW TO BEAT PROCRASTINATION
  1. Notice when you are procrastinating
  2. Dismiss procrastination excuses
  3. Changing unhelpful self-talks
  4. Reward yourself
  5. To-do list- in my case, sometimes it is helpful however sometimes this thing kills me
  6. Break down tasks
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well, that wraps up my short procrastination entry.

MAIN GOAL:
No procrastinating on my last 5 days at home 😒😒😒 #prayforme
